Crathie is situated in the heart of the Dee Valley between Braemar and Ballater, on the edge of the Balmoral estate, summer home to the Royal Family.

Aspenholm itself has been newly renovated to an exceptionally high standard. Sleeping 6 to 8 within 2 double bedrooms, bunk room and living room sofa bed, the accommodation includes a bathroom with shower and fully fitted kitchen. The large garden to the front of the house reaches down to the banks of the River Dee with ample play space and BBQ facilities. Views to one side reveal Crathie Kirk, to another majestic Lochnagar.
